Farkl\u0131 markalardan se\u00e7enekler olsa da genel olarak i\u00e7erikleri benzer \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden olu\u015fuyor; m\u0131s\u0131r ni\u015fastas\u0131, pirin\u00e7 unu, esneklik sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ve kabart\u0131c\u0131 yard\u0131mc\u0131 katk\u0131 maddeleri. Ba\u011flayc\u0131\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6zellikleri yok denecek seviyede olsa da \u015feker i\u00e7erikleri az olup, y\u00fcksek protein i\u00e7erdikleri i\u00e7in, ni\u015fastal\u0131 unlara g\u00f6re daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 se\u00e7eneklerdir. Pasta tatl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki hamur i\u015flerinde, \u00f6zellikle, ekmek, krep, bazlama, tuzlu muffin ya da ki\u015f hamurlar\u0131nda hem lezzet hem yap\u0131 olarak yak\u0131\u015fan unlard\u0131r. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, kurabiye, kek gibi hamur i\u015flerinde ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131rmak, daha s\u0131k\u0131 bir doku katmak i\u00e7in, di\u011fer glutensiz unlara destek \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak kullanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine \u00e7e\u015fitli tatl\u0131 ya da tuzlu soslarda az miktarda kullanman\u0131z ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k sa\u011flayacak, sosunuza k\u0131vam ald\u0131racakt\u0131r.
